Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of services provided by Growfio IT, a digital solutions provider based in Dhaka, Bangladesh. By engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services Provided

Growfio IT offers digital services including but not limited to domain and DNS management, business and personal page setup, Google Business Profile setup, Google Search Console configuration, search engine optimization, Meta account support and consultation, digital marketing and branding, and general digital support. The specific scope of any engagement will be agreed upon directly with you before work begins.

2. Platform Dependency

Many of our services involve third-party platforms (including Meta, Google, and domain registrars) that operate under their own policies, review processes, and timelines, which are outside our control. We will act in good faith and communicate honestly about what is and isn't within our control, but we cannot guarantee outcomes, approval, or timelines set by these third-party platforms.

3. Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information relevant to the requested service
• Grant only the access necessary for us to complete the agreed task, and revoke it once the engagement is complete if appropriate
• Use our services for lawful purposes only

4. Payment

Pricing and payment terms will be communicated and agreed upon before work begins. Any recurring third-party costs (such as domain renewal fees or platform subscription costs) are separate from our service fees unless otherwise stated.

5. No Guarantees on Third-Party Outcomes

We do not guarantee specific results such as account verification approval, monetization eligibility, search engine rankings, or reinstatement timelines, as these are determined solely by the respective platforms.

6. Limitation of Liability

Growfio IT will exercise professional care in delivering services but is not liable for losses arising from third-party platform decisions, policy changes, service interruptions, or actions outside our reasonable control.

7. Confidentiality

Any account or business information shared with us during an engagement will be treated as confidential and used solely for the purpose of completing the requested service.

8. Termination

Either party may end an engagement at any time. Fees for work already completed remain payable.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh.
